I didn't grow up wanting to be an SEO expert. I grew up wanting to build things that people would find, read, and use. White-hat, always. I have never and will never recommend tactics that violate Google's guidelines. The short-term gains from black-hat SEO are not worth the risk of destroying what a business has built. I sleep well at night knowing every ranking I achieve is built on legitimate, sustainable practices.

Transparency over everything. I send clients monthly reports that show exactly what we did, what happened, and what we're doing next. I don't hide behind vague metrics or cherry-pick numbers. If something isn't working, I say so — and I explain why and what we're changing.
